Remove the unexpected commenting method
...
- M3U EXTINF is normally identified by trailing colon
- Example '#EXTINF:'
- The intent was to remove the trailing ':' on sections that needed more work later
- Some services are not recognizing the missing ':' and still tryign to read the #EXTINF Lines but causing an error due the missing character
